Posters of the World Cup The poster of Fortaleza was another one to generate expectations, since the city is seriously committed with the World Cup (the Castelão, stadium of Fortaleza, was the first one to be completed for the World Cup).

The poster resulted simple and straight forward.

Castelão stadium is in the center of the poster.

A ball comes out of the stadium, with several of the landmarks of the city stamped on it: the cathedral, the old lighthouse, the Cultural Center, the fortress, the English bridge (photo below).

In front of the stadium, we see a rustic drawing of one of the best known tourism photos in Brazil: the beaches of Fortaleza, lined by modern skyscrapers.
